How do I get in contact with you?

Do I need to be present at the home for a quote?
Yes. We will need to be onsite for the project in order to provide an accurate estimate.
Can I get a quote over the phone?
No, we would need to schedule an in-person visit to provide an accurate estimate on the project.
Is the weekend a problem?
The weekend is not an issue and it does not affect the cost of your estimate.
What does it look like to get an estimate?
We will reach out to you to schedule an appointment to come onsite for an estimate. After the first meeting we will provide your estimate within 2-3 business days. This will include details such as which rooms are being painted, any repairs, materials for covering, and any other considerations. It will also include work start and end date for your records with an invoice number for tracking.
How soon do I need to give my color choice?
We need to know your selection of color to provide an accurate estimate, going from dark to light colors may result in a higher cost.
When should I expect to receive the quote and written proposal after the appointment?
Please allow 2-3 business days for the quote, you can receive it through email or by phone after the first appointment
What payments do you accept?
We accept credit-card via our online payment system as well as apple pay, check, money-order, and cash.
Should I do my floor or paint first?
We will accommodate whichever is most convenient. However, following jobs may damage the paint so we will provide the remaining paint for any patchwork needed to be done. If you choose to paint after finishing floors, we will protect the floor from stray paint.
Can I still occupy my home while you are working?
Yes. You may still reside in your home while we are working, we just ask that you take your belongings to the center of the room.
Can I leave while the crew works?
Yes you may leave but we will not lock up once we leave. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property.
How do I prepare an occupied room for painting?
Please remove any objects from the walls and move all the furniture to the center of the room. These items will be covered with plastic sheeting to prevent damage.
How is my furniture protected?
We will cover your furniture with painter’s plastic.
My walls are cracking or sagging
Cracking can be remedied with mud to restore the appearance. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about sagging walls.
Do I need to repair drywall before painting?
No, we will repair any drywall to ensure the best look and even appearance.
How long will the paint last?
3-5 years
Oil/Latex Base or Water Base?
We recommend water based paint because their disposal is more environmentally safe and lasts as long as conventional oil/latex base paints.
How to tell if you have lead paint

How many coats do I need?
We always paint a minimum of 2 coats to ensure customer satisfaction and quality.
When is it too cold?
As long as it is not below freezing, we can paint. It is not recommended to paint in the winter outside because the paint can crack.
What happens if you find dry rot?
Dry rot will have to be inspected and repaired before we can paint, dry rot may be coming from a location that should be treated and may reoccur.
How long does it take?
Most jobs will require 2-3 days to paint, plus the original consultation.
Will I need to clean up after the job is finished?
We will clean up any of the prep materials we will use.
Do you provide touch up paint?
We provide a leftover paint for each color that you would need in case of touch up work later down the road.
